  • Matthew Gove - CEO / Founder

    With over 25 years of experience as an investment banker and entrepreneur, Matt is already a technology and telecommunications veteran. His expertise spans services, technology, and applications, including but not limited to broadband wireless services, digital satellite communications, voice, video, and data.

    Gove will set HNSI’s corporate strategy and strategic direction.

    Gove received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.

  • Timothy Knox - Strategic Advisor

    With a 30-year career in designing and deploying sophisticated technology solutions. Tim’s experience is broad across all areas of operations and technology that cover accounting, performance management, data processing and governance, and market operations.

    He has had an international career living and residing in the United States, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.

    Tim will advise on daily operations, including but not limited to internal technology selection and deployment, finance, and human resources.

  • Christopher Britt - Field Services Executive

    Chris has more than 20 years of experience as Construction executive and Architecture lead . His expertise is built on his ability to plan and organize projects.

    Chris has been successful in directing ventures with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York City Department of Buildings, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Transportation Security Administration.

    As field services executive, he will manage the deployment of the HNSI storage solutions across the country, overseeing warehouse partners and field operations, and supporting technology development related to product design and functionality.

  • Michael Isherwood - Advisor for Innovation and Product Strategy

    Mike is a digital and cultural transformation expert, working with a complex global companies. He is an executive director trusted at Home Office, Police and Crime Commissioner or PCC, and Chief Constable, with a significant international network in the public and private sectors.

    Currently taking up executive education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mike is also an influencer of international government technology policy and adoption.

    Mike will direct product innovation, global market strategy, and ex-US market development.

  • George Rice - Advisor

    A successful and experienced senior executive having improved organizational efficacy, advanced policy and mission goals, and increased engagement and revenue.

    George has a diverse background covering 35 years in public service and global engagement and has led an array of enterprises to achievement and success.

    George will provide strategic communication, partnership development, outreach, branding, policy development and research support in furtherance of HNSI’s goals.

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Alvernia University in Reading, Pa. USA and a CPM in Public Management from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. 

  • Michael Amarosa - Advisor

    Mike is a prominent consultant in the field of public safety communications and governance. He has over 30 years of law enforcement and communications experience.

    Mr. Amarosa served for 24 years with the New York City Police Department where he was directly responsible for the design and implementation of the city's E911 system.

    In addition, he served as the city's liaison to the Federal Communications Commission, and was appointed to the FCC's federal Public Safety Wireless Advisory Committee.

    Mr. Amarosa was awarded a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the New York Law School in 1981. He also earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service in 1976 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from St. Peter's College in 1973. He graduated from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business Police Management Institute in 1989.
